Welcome! I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey of healing and growth.

I believe that every person holds an innate capacity for resilience and strength, even during life’s most overwhelming moments. My goal is to provide a supportive, empathetic space where you can explore your story, connect with your inner resources, and build a meaningful path forward—one that feels authentic and empowering.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. With over five years of clinical experience supporting individuals, adolescents, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, I’ve witnessed the transformative power of compassionate, evidence-based care.

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and rooted in trauma-informed practice. I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy

  • Psychodynamic Therapy

  • Interpersonal Therapy

  • Behavioral Therapy

  • Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT)

  • Solution-Focused Brief Therapy

  • Trauma-Informed Practice

  • Strength-Based Approach

  • Attachment-Based Therapy

I am also expanding my clinical expertise through ongoing training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relational challenges, neurodivergence, and life transitions. I work from a place of cultural humility, striving to ensure therapy is a safe and affirming space where your identity and lived experiences are deeply respected and honored.

Beginning therapy is a courageous step, and I am committed to meeting you with respect, curiosity, and genuine care. Together, we will clarify your goals, celebrate your progress, and nurture resilience and self-compassion along the way.
