I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. Strength-Based Approach
Attachment-Based Therapy
I am also expanding my clinical expertise through ongoing training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
Areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relational challenges, neurodivergence, and life transitions. I work from a place of cultural humility, striving to ensure therapy is a safe and affirming space where your identity and lived experiences are deeply respected and honored.
Beginning therapy is a courageous step, and I am committed to meeting you with respect, curiosity, and genuine care. Together, we will clarify your goals, celebrate your progress, and nurture resilience and self-compassion along the way.
