As a nurse, my heart has always been for people, caring and nurturing them, and helping them reach their fullest potential in their health. 

 As a spiritual councellor, I will do the same thing for my clients. I will support and help my clients navigate spiritual issues related to their Christian faith, using biblical scriptures and the principals of faith.

With a background of providing “inner healing” and Christian counselling, I help persons to get over life’s hurts, traumas, disappointments and unforgiveness, and work on ways one can reconnect with God and their faith, through the Word of God.

Once we embark on this journey together, we will look at coping mechanisms, stress-management, problem solving, communication and relationship navigation skills and techniques, that can be used to elevate your mood, and your life.
